Submitting Your Application
Where To Apply
Submission of Visa application and collection of passports can
be done by the following:
- Applicant himself.
- Travel Agents recognised by Embassy of Denmark, Moscow. In
case a representative is coming to submit the application or collect
the passport he needs to carry a photo id of himself and an authority
letter from the applicant / company.
- We also accept by courier (representative) from an applicant,
provided the courier has a signed letter of full power from the
applicant.
Processing time will be a minimum of four working days for
Transit, Business, Truck Driver and Seamen applications. For Tourist,
Visiting family and friends and Sport/Culture/Science/Study(less
than 90 days) the processing time will be a minimum of seven working
days. Applications accepted at The Danish visa service centre will
be submitted on the next working day to the Embassy. In case an
application needs to be referred to The Danish Immigration Service,
processing time will be a minimum of six weeks.
Processed passports can be collected from The Danish Visa Service
Centres in Moscow and St.Petersburg between 1100 Hrs-1600 Hrs. Applicants can instantly track

Medical Insurance
All applicants while applying for a Danish & Icelandic visa
with two or multiple entries will be required to fill Medical
Insurance Undertaking form in addition to the visa application
& supplementary form.
