New Visa Application Procedure at the Embassy
of Denmark in Moscow
The Embassy of Denmark, Moscow is pleased to introduce a new facility
to meet the ever increasing demand for Danish and Icelandic Visa
among Russians. It is our constant effort to provide greater comfort
and convenience to our visa applicants.
Application procedure
From 1st August 2008, The Danish Visa Application Centre located
at Koroviy Val 1A, Building 2, Moscow, 119049, will accept visa
applications from resident Russians, who wish to travel to Denmark
or Iceland.
From 28th August 2008, The Danish Visa Application in St.Petersburg at Shpalernaya 54, St.Petersburg, 191015 will also begin to accept applications from resident Russians for Denmark or Iceland.
The Visa Application Centre will submit all such visa
applications to The Embassy of Denmark located in Moscow. Timings
for submission of application are 0900 Hrs-1600 Hrs from Monday
to Friday except holidays.
The Visa Application Centres shall accept applications for the following
visa categories for Denmark and Iceland:
Business, Tourist, Transit, Truck Driver, Seamen, Visiting family
and friends, Sport/Culture/Science/Study all less than 90 days duration.
Visas exceeding 90 days or for the purpose of taking up employment
are subject to the national law of the country of destination and
need to be submitted at The Embassy of Denmark, in Moscow. Applicants
for residence permit will submit their applications only at The
Embassy of Denmark in Moscow with prior appointment. For scheduling
an appointment please call +7 495 775 60 19 between 0900 Hrs-1600
Hrs from Monday to Friday except holidays
Applications from Diplomats, UN Officials and Russian Official passport
holders going to Denmark and Iceland will continue to be accepted
at the Embassy between 1000-1200 on working days
